By BYD Pakistan, in collaboration with its official distributor and manufacturing partner Mega Motor Company (Pvt.) Limited, has further expanded its retail footprint in Karachi by inaugurating a new authorized dealership in Korangi. The facility becomes BYD’s third dealership in the city and reflects the growing demand for New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) in Pakistan’s largest automotive market.
The newly launched dealership is the seventh addition to BYD’s nationwide network, underscoring the company’s strategy to accelerate electric vehicle adoption and improve customer accessibility across the country.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Danish Khaliq, Vice President of Mega Motor Company, highlighted the company’s commitment to Pakistan’s evolving mobility landscape.
“BYD remains dedicated to driving the transition toward cleaner and smarter transportation solutions. The opening of our new Korangi dealership is a significant milestone that allows us to better serve customers in Karachi while expanding access to BYD’s advanced NEV technologies,” he said.
Khaliq noted that the company is witnessing increasing interest in electric and hybrid mobility solutions and plans to continue expanding its dealer network across key cities during the second half of 2026.
The new 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) facility will offer customers a comprehensive ownership experience, including vehicle displays, test drives, after-sales support, and booking services.
Visitors to the dealership will have access to BYD’s growing lineup of New Energy Vehicles, including the BYD Atto 2, BYD Atto 3, BYD Seal, BYD Sealion 7, and the recently introduced BYD Shark 6 pickup. The expanded presence is expected to further strengthen BYD’s position in Pakistan’s rapidly developing NEV segment as the brand continues to invest in sustainable mobility solutions nationwide.
