BYD, a global leader in new energy solutions, has taken a significant step into Pakistan’s automotive market with the launch of two electric vehicles (EVs) – the BYD Seal and the BYD Atto 3. This launch follows BYD’s brand debut in Pakistan in August, as part of its strategy to cater to the country’s growing demand for sustainable transportation solutions.

BYD Seal: Variants and Pricing

The BYD Seal, known for its innovative design and technology, has launched in Pakistan with two variant options:

  • BYD Seal (Dynamic) – Priced at PKR 14,790,000 (ex-showroom)
  • BYD Seal (Premium) – Priced at PKR 16,990,000 (ex-showroom)

BYD Atto 3: Pricing and Features

Complementing the Seal, BYD also introduced the BYD Atto 3, an all-electric compact SUV, aimed at making EVs more accessible. The BYD Atto 3 is available at an ex-showroom price of PKR 8,990,000.

Strategic Partnership with Mega Motor Company

Earlier this month, BYD solidified its commitment to Pakistan through a partnership with Mega Motor Company (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO). This collaboration, which includes a master supply and manufacturing agreement, allows Mega Motor to locally manufacture, market, and distribute BYD’s passenger EVs across Pakistan. The partnership is expected to boost the country’s EV infrastructure, providing local consumers with advanced electric mobility options.

BYD: Leading Innovations in New Energy Solutions

Founded in February 1995, BYD has grown into a global leader with expertise across electronics, automotive, renewable energy, and rail transit sectors. The company’s commitment to energy acquisition, storage, and zero-emission applications is reflected in its new energy solutions, which are now transforming the future of transportation.

As BYD establishes its presence in Pakistan, these launches mark an important milestone in the country’s transition toward sustainable and innovative automotive solutions.
