By Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC), the local assembler and distributor of Kia vehicles in Pakistan, has announced a major price reduction for its Kia Sorento HEV and PHEV lineup. The latest promotional offer brings down prices by as much as Rs. 2.5 million, making the hybrid and plug-in hybrid SUV significantly more attractive to buyers in Pakistan.
The new promotional prices became effective from October 7, 2026, and are available for a limited period. LMC announced the price reduction as it celebrates 10 years of operations and 100,000 units sold across Pakistan and beyond.
Among the biggest beneficiaries is the Kia Sorento 1.6T AWD PHEV, which has received a massive Rs. 2.5 million reduction. Its price has dropped from Rs. 18,999,000 to Rs. 16,499,000.
The Kia Sorento 1.6T AWD HEV has also received a substantial Rs. 2.4 million price cut. Previously priced at Rs. 17,899,000, the variant is now available at a promotional ex-factory price of Rs. 15,499,000.
Meanwhile, the Sorento 1.6T FWD HEV gets a Rs. 800,000 reduction, taking its price from Rs. 16,299,000 to Rs. 15,499,000.

The revised pricing places the AWD HEV at the same promotional price as the FWD HEV, while the AWD PHEV remains Rs. 1 million more expensive than the two HEV variants.
Limited-Time Promotional Offer
According to LMC, these are promotional prices and will remain available for a limited time. The prices are also quoted on an ex-factory basis, meaning customers should account for additional costs when calculating the final purchase price.
The company has clarified that freight and insurance charges are not included. Customers will also be responsible for any new or additional government duties, taxes, levies or other applicable charges imposed at the time of delivery.
The latest move could increase interest in hybrid SUVs in Pakistan, particularly among buyers looking for a larger family SUV with electrified powertrain technology. The significant reduction on the AWD HEV and PHEV variants also makes the promotional offer particularly noteworthy in the premium SUV segment.
