Despite fulfilling all the formalities, the project faced repeated delays, leaving the developers and residents in limbo.

After years of waiting without progress, Elite Estate approached the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman), Mr. Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi, to address the issue. The society’s management highlighted the significant inconvenience caused to its residents due to the lack of proper access roads and the NHA’s inaction on the project. Multiple hearings were conducted at the Ombudsman’s Secretariat, resulting in the NHA’s approval for the interchange construction.
