BYD and Honor Partner to Build AI-Powered Smart Car Ecosystem

Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer BYD and smartphone giant Honor have officially announced a strategic partnership aimed at integrating mobile and automotive technologies. The two companies are working together to create an intelligent ecosystem where smartphones and cars function as one connected, AI-driven unit.

This collaboration combines Honor’s expertise in mobile connectivity with BYD’s DiLink smart system, the automaker’s in-vehicle software platform that powers many of its latest electric vehicles. Seamless Integration Between Phone and Car

A key feature of the new system is the introduction of high-precision Bluetooth digital car keys, allowing any Honor smartphone to lock, unlock, or even start a BYD vehicle.
