Islamabad is rapidly emerging as a hub for foreign investment, with a fresh wave of interest from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). A delegation of UAE investors recently held a meeting with Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman and Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, at CDA Headquarters to discuss lucrative investment opportunities in the federal capital.

During the meeting, the CDA highlighted Islamabad’s potential in multiple sectors including real estate, hotel and hospitality, commercial projects, and tourism development. Investors were informed that the city offers exceptional prospects in the hotel industry, which continues to expand due to growing demand from both domestic and international travelers.

The CDA chairman emphasized that robust financial and operational models have been designed to ensure secure investments across different commercial projects. He further explained that feasibility studies have already been conducted by renowned consultancy firms, particularly for large-scale tourism initiatives such as a Theme Park and Cable Car project. These projects are expected to enhance Islamabad’s tourism profile and attract global visitors.

Muhammad Ali Randhawa assured the delegation that the CDA is committed to creating a business-friendly environment by offering maximum facilitation and incentives for investors. He underlined that building investor confidence is a top priority and that foreign stakeholders will receive comprehensive support throughout the investment process.

The UAE delegation expressed strong interest in Islamabad’s diverse opportunities, signaling a positive outlook for future collaboration. The meeting is part of CDA’s broader strategy to promote foreign investment and implement international-standard development projects in Pakistan’s capital city.

With an attractive blend of real estate, hospitality, and tourism ventures, Islamabad is positioning itself as one of the most promising destinations for foreign investment in South Asia.
