The brand’s debut model for the Pakistani market is the JMEV Elight sedan, an EV that combines performance, comfort, and advanced technology to meet the growing demand for eco-friendly mobility.
JMEV Elight Price & Variants in Pakistan
The Elight sedan will be available in two trims:
- Comfort – PKR 8,499,999
- Premium – PKR 9,999,999
Bookings will open soon with a 10% upfront payment, and the company promises a 90-day delivery timeline. The Premium variant serves as the higher-spec version, offering enhanced features for customers seeking extra luxury.

Capital Smart Motors is positioning itself as a key EV player in Pakistan by introducing electric options across multiple segments. For crossovers, the company offers the Forthing Friday; in pickups, the Riddara RD6; and now, with the JMEV Elight, CSM has successfully stepped into the sedan category. This diversified approach ensures that Pakistani car buyers have an EV option in every major vehicle segment.

According to the official brochure, the JMEV Elight offers an impressive 500 km NEDC range, powered by a 56.3 kWh battery and a 221 HP electric motor. The sedan supports three driving modes—Eco, Normal, and Sport, giving drivers flexibility based on their preferences and road conditions.
Safety & Technology
Safety remains a top priority, with features like multiple airbags, blind-spot detection, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). The cabin is equally modern, equipped with a 14.6-inch multimedia touchscreen, a 360° camera system, and premium interior finishes.
Charging Options
The JMEV Elight comes with convenient charging solutions. Using the 7kW home charger, the battery can be fully charged in about 10 hours. For faster needs, DC fast charging allows the battery to go from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes.
Pre-Launch Display in Lahore
Ahead of the official bookings, a pre-launch display of the JMEV Elight is being held at Dolmen Mall, Lahore, from 2nd to 7th September. Car enthusiasts can experience the vehicle firsthand before placing their bookings.
