Pak Suzuki Motor Company, a leading automobile and motorcycle manufacturer in Pakistan, has announced a price increase for two of its most popular motorcycle models, effective from October 15, 2024. This move comes as part of the company’s regular price adjustments, aimed at coping with rising production and operational costs.

According to the notification issued to dealers and showroom owners, the revised price of the Suzuki GD110S is now set at Rs. 359,000, up from its previous price of Rs. 352,000. Similarly, the price of the Suzuki GS150 has been increased to Rs. 389,000, a rise from its earlier price of Rs. 382,000. The updated prices include both the ex-factory product cost and the freight charges required to deliver the motorcycles to dealership locations.

Pak Suzuki has also highlighted that these prices are subject to change without prior notice, and the prevailing price at the time of delivery will be applicable to customers. Buyers should also be aware that any applicable government taxes will be added to the final purchase price.

Only Two Models Affected by the Price Increase

The price adjustment is limited to the GD110S and GS150 models, with no changes announced for other Suzuki motorcycle variants at this time. Pak Suzuki has assured customers that its other popular motorcycle models will remain unaffected, at least for the near future.

The price increase has generated mixed reactions from potential buyers and existing customers. While some understand the need for the company to adjust prices due to inflation and rising costs, others have expressed concerns about affordability. Pak Suzuki remains committed to offering reliable, quality motorcycles but, like many other manufacturers, faces challenges in maintaining costs amid changing market conditions.

With these new prices in place, it remains to be seen how the market responds to the adjustments, particularly as buyers consider their options in an increasingly competitive landscape.
