Suzuki Unveils Its First-Ever Electric Scooter named E-Access

Suzuki Motor Corporation has officially made its entry into the electric two-wheeler segment with the unveiling of its first global Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) scooter, the e-ACCESS. This groundbreaking launch took place at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in New Delhi, India, highlighting Suzuki’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Designed with urban commuters in mind, the e-ACCESS combines modern technology, high efficiency, and Suzuki’s signature performance standards, making it a game-changer in the electric scooter market.

Features and Specifications

The e-ACCESS is crafted to balance modernity and timelessness in its design language. Key design highlights include:

  • LED Position Light: A vertically extending strip on the front for a futuristic appearance.
  • Stylish Machined Wheels: A two-tone finish adds a premium aesthetic.

At its core, the e-ACCESS is powered by a 3.07 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, offering both reliability and longevity. The scooter delivers an impressive 95 km range on a single charge, ensuring hassle-free commutes.

Launch and Competition

The e-ACCESS will begin production in March 2025, with sales slated to start in April 2025 in India. Suzuki plans to export the model to multiple global markets, positioning it as a truly international electric scooter.

Though Suzuki is yet to reveal its pricing, the e-ACCESS is expected to compete with notable rivals like the Honda Activa e, TVS iQube, and Ather Rizta.

With the launch of the e-ACCESS, Suzuki is set to redefine the electric scooter experience, offering consumers a blend of style, performance, and cutting-edge technology.
