The City Traffic Police Rawalpindi has taken a significant step towards improving public service by upgrading the Shehbaz Sharif Park Driving License Centre on Rawal Road. This modernization effort aims to provide citizens with an efficient and transparent process for obtaining driving licenses.

Enhanced Services for Citizens

The upgrade ensures faster service, reducing delays and streamlining the license issuance process. A spokesperson for the traffic police stated that the center was modernized swiftly to meet the increasing demand for more effective and user-friendly services.

Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Benish Fatima highlighted that the upgraded system incorporates cutting-edge technology, designed to make the process more convenient and complaint resolution more efficient.

“Our goal is to simplify the lives of citizens by ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and professionally,” CTO Benish Fatima stated.

Focus on Professional Training

To further enhance public interactions, the CTO is leading efforts to train traffic personnel, including senior traffic assistants. Daily training sessions are held at the Traffic Headquarters in Racecourse, where staff members receive guidance on professionalism, courtesy, and public assistance.

This initiative underscores the traffic police’s commitment to fostering trust and ensuring a positive experience for citizens.

A Step Towards Public Convenience

With the upgraded Shehbaz Sharif Park Driving License Centre, the City Traffic Police Rawalpindi demonstrates its dedication to modernizing public services and enhancing the overall user experience. These efforts reflect their broader mission to assist citizens efficiently and strengthen the relationship between the public and the traffic police.
