- Rickshaws & loaders: Subsidy of up to 80%, with monthly installments between Rs 8,800–10,000.

Who Can Apply?
Any Pakistani citizen aged 18 or above with a valid CNIC can register. Priority will be given to:
- Women
- Disabled persons
- Overseas Pakistanis
Applicants must create an account on the portal, submit documents, and pay a Rs 1,048 application fee via the National Bank of Pakistan. Selection will be made through a computerized ballot.
