EV Bikes and Scooters – Affordable Mobility for All

Under the scheme, citizens of Pakistan, including residents of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), can apply through an E-balloting system. Each EV bike or scooter comes with an upfront subsidy of PKR 50,000, while the remaining cost can be paid through interest-free easy installments with a maximum loan limit of PKR 250,000.

The program also reserves a 25% special quota for women, encouraging female participation in eco-friendly mobility and promoting independence. Anyone between the ages of 18 and 65 years is eligible to apply, making this a nationwide opportunity for students, professionals, and daily commuters.

EV Rickshaws and Loaders – Empowering Entrepreneurs

For small businesses and entrepreneurs, the government is also offering 3,170 electric three-wheelers, including e-rickshaws and loaders. These come with a massive PKR 200,000 subsidy along with financing of up to PKR 1,100,000, enabling individuals and fleet operators to modernize their businesses. Applicants must be between 21 and 65 years to qualify.

Approved Models and Eco-Friendly Future

Only Engineering Development Board (EDB) approved models will be available under the scheme, ensuring quality and safety standards. By encouraging the use of EVs, the government aims to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, cut emissions, and provide citizens with cost-effective transportation solutions.

A Nationwide Opportunity

Whether you are a student looking for an affordable commute, a woman seeking independence, or an entrepreneur aiming to expand your transport business, this scheme offers an unmatched opportunity. With subsidies, zero-interest loans, and wide eligibility, the EV program is set to accelerate Pakistan’s journey toward green and economical transportation.
