MG Pakistan has reaffirmed its strong commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality by taking swift action in response to recent global geopolitical disruptions. The company has airlifted critical vehicle components to minimize delays in the delivery of the MG HS PHEV – Pakistan’s first locally assembled plug-in hybrid vehicle.

Swift Response to Global Supply Chain Disruptions

Due to temporary shipment rerouting caused by ongoing international geopolitical issues, select color variants of the MG HS PHEV and the associated free 7KW EV chargers faced minor delays. Recognizing the potential impact on customers, MG Pakistan acted quickly by airlifting essential kits and components, allowing production operations to resume at full capacity.

Production Resumes, Deliveries Restart

“We are pleased to share that production is now running at full speed, and deliveries are resuming immediately,” said Syed Asif Ahmed, General Manager Marketing Division at MG Pakistan. “Our top priority is to ensure our customers receive their vehicles with minimal disruption.”

The proactive supply chain management not only reflects MG’s operational agility but also its deep-rooted commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer care in the evolving Pakistani auto market.

A Milestone in Pakistan’s Auto Industry

The MG HS PHEV is a landmark model in the local automotive landscape, being the first plug-in hybrid vehicle assembled in Pakistan. It combines eco-friendly electric driving with the flexibility of traditional engines, offering a true hybrid experience designed for fuel efficiency and lower emissions.

MG Pakistan continues to lead the charge in green mobility solutions, reinforcing its role in advancing the country’s shift towards sustainable transportation.

Customer-First Approach

MG Pakistan extended heartfelt gratitude to customers for their patience and trust during this brief period of uncertainty. The company reiterated its commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery, emphasizing that these values are integral to its mission.

With production normalized and deliveries back on track, MG Pakistan remains focused on delivering premium vehicles and exceptional service to its growing customer base.
