Jetour, an emerging name in Pakistan’s automotive market, is steadily building momentum by expanding its dealership network and strengthening its customer service capabilities. Without loud claims or flashy campaigns, Jetour’s practical approach is helping it gain trust and recognition as a reliable automotive brand in Pakistan.

Rapid Expansion Across Major Cities

In just four months, Jetour Pakistan has opened seven dealerships in key urban centers. The growing network now includes two dealerships in Lahore and one each in Faisalabad, Karachi, Gujranwala, Islamabad, and Gujrat. To further strengthen its footprint, Jetour will open two more dealerships in Karachi — one at Shahra-e-Faisal and another in DHA — this July. A new dealership in Multan is also set to launch by the end of the month.

This swift expansion demonstrates Jetour’s commitment to becoming easily accessible to customers across Pakistan.

Strong Response for Jetour T2 Model

One of Jetour’s key highlights is the overwhelming response to its flagship SUV, the Jetour T2. The positive market reception has encouraged the brand to fast-track the T2’s launch. The growing interest shows that Jetour understands Pakistani customers’ preferences for robust, reliable vehicles that match local driving conditions.

Customer Service at the Core

Recognizing that real success is built on more than just sales numbers, Jetour Pakistan has prioritized strong after-sales service and customer support. A dedicated in-house call center now provides rapid assistance for customers nationwide, ensuring peace of mind and higher satisfaction levels.

Jetour aims to have its entire dealer network fully operational by November, well ahead of the official T2 launch. This proactive approach reflects Jetour’s focus on delivering consistent and dependable customer experiences.

Building Trust and Community

Jetour’s steady progress is backed by strong digital engagement and positive word-of-mouth from early customers. The brand is actively listening to market feedback and working on new vehicle models tailored to Pakistani roads and customer needs.

Jetour also plans to strengthen its digital presence by improving online accessibility, expanding social media outreach, and investing in customer-centric initiatives that reinforce its reputation for innovation, reliability, and community building.

Looking Ahead

Jetour’s strategy combines physical expansion, digital growth, and dedicated customer care to establish a strong, trusted automotive community in Pakistan. With its well-planned dealership network, robust service support, and popular models like the T2, Jetour is positioning itself as a brand to watch in Pakistan’s evolving auto market.
