The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has announced the weekly deployment plan for its facilitation vans, aimed at bringing essential licensing and police-related services directly to citizens’ doorsteps. Acting on the directions of Chief Traffic Officer Captain (r) Hamzah Humayun, the vans will operate six days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

According to an ITP spokesperson, the initiative has been designed to save residents both time and effort by decentralizing core services that previously required visits to police offices.

The ITP has urged residents to take full advantage of this facility. By expanding access to police-related services, the facilitation vans reflect the department’s commitment to making public services more efficient, transparent, and accessible.

This initiative highlights the growing focus of Islamabad Traffic Police on digital transformation and citizen facilitation, ensuring that essential services are delivered closer to communities across the capital city.
