In response to the challenges posed by the ongoing monsoon season, Changan Pakistan has launched a special relief campaign for its customers. The initiative offers up to 50% off on repairs for vehicles damaged by rain or weather-related conditions, providing much-needed financial relief to affected owners.

The discount applies to both Changan and Deepal vehicles and covers labor charges and rain-related repair costs up to a maximum of PKR 30,000. The offer will remain valid until August 31, 2025, at authorized Changan service centers across the country.

Scope of the Relief Campaign

The monsoon relief program addresses a wide range of rain-related issues, including:

  • Electrical faults caused by water exposure
  • Water ingress into the cabin or engine components
  • Body damage due to flooding or debris
  • Mechanical and cosmetic repairs linked to rainfall

This initiative is designed to ease the financial burden on vehicle owners facing seasonal damages during the heavy rains.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the discount, customers must meet the following conditions:

  1. The vehicle must be a Changan or Deepal model.
  2. Damage must be directly linked to monsoon-related incidents.
  3. The total repair discount is capped at PKR 30,000.
  4. Repairs must be carried out exclusively at authorized Changan workshops.
  5. Eligibility will be confirmed through a physical inspection at service centers.

Customer-Centric Approach

Changan, in its official communication, stated that the initiative reflects its ongoing commitment to customer care, especially during adverse weather conditions. By offering significant discounts on essential repairs, the company aims to support vehicle owners and ensure safer driving conditions during the monsoon season.

The Changan Pakistan monsoon relief campaign is a timely move that addresses seasonal challenges faced by drivers. With up to 50% off on rain-related repairs, the initiative not only provides financial relief but also strengthens customer trust in the brand’s after-sales service network. Vehicle owners are encouraged to visit authorized service centers before August 31, 2025, to take advantage of this limited-time offer.
