Atlas Honda Hits All-Time High Sales of 135,603 Motorcycles in September 2025

Atlas Honda Limited (AHL), Pakistan’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and the maker of the country’s most popular commuter bike, the Honda CD 70 & CG 125, has achieved a historic milestone with 135,603 units sold in September 2025 — the company’s highest-ever monthly sales.

This performance surpasses the previous peak of 130,240 units recorded in May 2025, marking a significant achievement for both the company and Pakistan’s two-wheeler market.

According to Topline Securities, the strong sales momentum reflects rising consumer confidence, stable motorcycle prices, and improving financing conditions following the decline in interest rates.

Factors Driving the Surge

The exceptional performance by Atlas Honda is attributed to several key factors shaping the local auto and two-wheeler industry in recent months:

  • Easing Inflation: With inflation moderating and fuel prices stabilizing, consumer purchasing power has slightly improved, encouraging demand for affordable mobility options.
  • Lower Interest Rates: A gradual reduction in policy rates by the State Bank of Pakistan has led to better installment financing terms, allowing more middle-income consumers to access new motorcycles.
  • Rural Demand Recovery: Rural markets, where motorcycles are essential for daily commuting and agriculture-linked transport, have witnessed steady demand recovery due to improved crop cycles and remittance inflows.
  • Supply Chain Stability: Improved availability of parts and localization of key components have helped Atlas Honda maintain production efficiency and minimize delivery delays.

Market Leadership and Industry Outlook

As Pakistan’s dominant motorcycle brand, Atlas Honda continues to lead the market with a strong lineup that includes the Honda CD 70, Honda CG 125, Pridor, and CB series. The CD 70 remains a best-seller due to its fuel efficiency, low maintenance cost, and reliable performance, making it the top choice for both urban and rural consumers.

Industry experts view this record-breaking performance as a positive indicator for Pakistan’s two-wheeler sector, which had faced months of pressure due to high inflation and reduced consumer spending.

With the government’s renewed focus on industrial growth and localization, analysts anticipate that Pakistan’s motorcycle industry will maintain steady growth, especially if macroeconomic conditions continue to stabilize through 2026.

Atlas Honda’s record sales of 135,603 motorcycles in September 2025 highlight not only the brand’s enduring consumer trust but also the early signs of economic recovery in Pakistan’s automotive sector.

The milestone demonstrates that affordable and fuel-efficient mobility solutions remain at the heart of Pakistan’s transportation landscape — a trend that is expected to continue as market confidence and purchasing power gradually improve.
