- Vehicle Age Restrictions:
- Inter-provincial movement of vehicles older than 20 years will be banned.
- Vehicles older than 25 years will be restricted from inter-district travel.
- Substandard rickshaws and loader vehicles will be completely banned from operation.
- Local Vehicle Assembly Regulations:
- Local assemblers must obtain a license costing Rs 3 million annually, with Rs 1 million required for renewal.
- Unauthorized or counterfeit vehicle assemblies will attract fines of up to Rs 1 million.
